PURPOSE: The purpose for this meeting is to clarify and adopt the Financial Statements and Accounts.
Item one: To explain the format of the Accounts and to answer any questions about their detail and to formally adopt the Accounts as part of the Report and Accounts for 2021 which will be sent to the Charity Commission as part of the Annual Return
